This individual will be joining within their Enterprise Risk and Financial Technology space supporting their profitability application projects. We are looking for a motivated and bright individual who thrives in a dynamic environment, is comfortable in contributing fresh ideas and welcomes learning opportunities. Initiative, ownership, strong analytical, communication and teamwork skills are important to success in the role. Someone with a curiosity about emerging technology trends and who enjoys stimulating brainstorming discussions with a group of like-minded technology professionals will be a good fit into our team. This individual must understand clients requirements (stories), come up with the story level design and translate into deliverables and has the ability to learn business processes and apply that knowledge to assigned tasks. Ideal candidate has experience working in an agile environment and can demonstrate excellent programming, communication, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills. This role is 3x onsite in Uptown Charlotte, NC.
