Pacific Facility Solutions is actively looking for a service-minded full-time Maintenance Tech / Jack of all Trades to help our clients by providing excellent customer service for our clients while completing a variety of assigned tasks in and around Snohomish county/ King county, WA . We pay our technicians $20-$40/hour , depending on experience. In this role you can expect to work typical daytime hours, with some night and weekend work assigned as needed . ABOUT PACIFIC FACILITY SOLUTIONS, INC

REQUIREMENTS OF A MAINTENANCE TECH / JACK OF ALL TRADES

• At least 5 years in building maintenance or construction trades
• Functional knowledge of irrigations systems is a plus!
• Can plan and manage your work day, and can work independently
• Can physically perform job-related tasks
• Ability to adapt to changes throughout the day
• Valid driver's license and good driving record
• Willingness to work within a medical facility, and abide by their workplace requirements
