Aerospace Machine Shop Supervisor position open in Santa Clarita.
Recent experience with:
• Thorough understanding of shop operations policies and practices.
• All maintenance and inspection-related positions are required to submit to pre-employment and random DOT drug and alcohol testing, in accordance with Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) 14 Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) Part 120.
-Overseeing the daily operations of the assigned shop department, including supervision of machine shop staff, to ensure alignment with company goals.

This position also directs the activities of the department with the goal to machine the best possible customer parts and components on time, while continuously improving processes and maintaining a safe working environment.
-Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
-Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
