LanceSoft is seeking a local contract Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) for a local contract job in Charlotte, North Carolina.

Full-Time BCBA 

Job Summary
We are seeking dedicated and passionate Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to join our growing team in Charlotte, NC and Fort Mill, SC. As a BCBA, you’ll lead the development and oversight of individualized ABA therapy programs, supervise and mentor therapy staff, and work closely with families to drive meaningful outcomes for clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct functional behavior assessments and skill-based assessments
• Develop and oversee individualized ABA therapy treatment plans
• Supervise and mentor RBTs and ABA therapists
• Provide ongoing parent/caregiver training and support
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
• Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation

Compensation

• Base Salary: $80,000 – $90,000 (commensurate with experience)
• Quarterly Performance Bonuses

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Education, Psychology, or related field
• Current BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB
• State licensure (where applicable)
• Previous ABA experience preferred
