We are seeking a motivated Litigation Attorney to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for justice and a strong desire to advocate for clients’ best interests across a variety of legal matters.

Key Responsibilities

· Represent clients in criminal defense, personal injury, and complex civil litigation cases.

· Conduct legal research and draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs.

· Attend court hearings, depositions, and trials.

· Provide legal advice and strategy to clients.

· Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients.

· Work collaboratively with other attorneys and support staff.

Qualifications

· Must be licensed to practice law in Nebraska and/or Iowa.

· Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

· Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines.

· Experience in litigation is preferred but not required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
