Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated IT Operations and Systems and Network Infrastructure Support Specialist to join our team. This full-time, remote role, with periodic client visits in the Atlanta area, will support our consultants, implement critical systems, and enhance our operational efficiency while delivering top-tier IT services to our clients. Reporting directly to the CEO, this position offers an exciting opportunity to shape processes and contribute to our client-focused mission in a dynamic, supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide technical support to IT consultants, troubleshooting issues related to servers, workstations, cloud applications, and network infrastructure.
Implement and manage a ticketing system to streamline client support requests and improve response times.
Develop and document processes and procedures to enhance company organization and operational efficiency.
Deliver hands-on IT consulting and support to small business clients in the Atlanta area, including network infrastructure maintenance (VLAN and firewall management).
Collaborate with our team to ensure high-quality service delivery and client satisfaction, with periodic travel to client sites as needed.
What type of technical experience are we looking for?
Qualifications
Required :
Bachelor’s degree.
3-5 years or more of experience in IT support, systems administration, or related roles.
Proficiency in Windows Server Administration, Network Infrastructure (including VLAN, firewall, and wireless management), Office 365 administration, RMM systems, and ticketing systems.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work as a team player with flexibility and a positive attitude.
Preferred :
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Familiarity with Azure infrastructure environments.
Experience administering PSA systems (e.g., Halo PSA).
Experience working with churches or faith-based organizations.
Relevant IT certifications (e.g., CompTIA, Microsoft, Cisco).
