  • Own a portfolio of small and mid-sized public library customers across the U.S., driving outreach, relationship development, and sales growth.
  • Support Account Managers with top-tier accounts by coordinating follow-ups, quotes, product sampling, and campaign execution.
  • Drive the full sales cycle from prospecting to close for your accounts—through outbound outreach, inbound lead response, email campaigns, and virtual presentations.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing and customer experience teams to identify trends and share feedback that strengthens our offerings.
  • Maintain clean, accurate records of activities and opportunities in CRM.
  • Participate in team strategy sessions and contribute ideas to help us evolve and grow our reach in the public library market.
Qualifications

  • A passion for libraries, literacy, and tech-driven solutions that make a difference.
  • 1-3 years of sales, account management, or customer-facing experience (library or education markets a plus).
  • Excellent communication – written, verbal, and virtual presentation skills.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
  • Comfortable working independently and collaboratively across departments.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset – motivated to learn, experiment, and improve.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; Salesforce or CRM experience a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
