Agio Imaging is searching for a creative, analytical, and productive member of our team. As an industrial designer, you will work closely with administrative staff, account executives, and production specialists to produce custom grand format printed solutions. This exciting career opportunity offers one the ability to work in a dynamic and productive work environment.

POSITION SUMMARY

Responsible for taking an active role in the design and implementation of grand format solutions, with a focus on the highest level of quality and manufacturability. Principle responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

• Create and assist in concept and design of environmental graphics (Branding, Artwork, and Specialty Displays)
• Engineer specialty product solutions
• Utilize computer software to model 2D/3D designs
• Generate and output CNC files
• Review and revise submitted project specifications
• Consult and collaborate to conceptualize grand format printed solutions
• Specify materials to be used in production
• Detail installation hardware and methods
• Generate project specific Bill of Materials
• Test and validate design concepts for quality and manufacturability
• Collaborate with team members on production related inquires
• Validate project scope details and analyze and implement requested change orders

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES & REQUIREMENTS

• Comprehensive understanding of Adobe Creative Cloud (Acrobat Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign), 3D modeling and drafting software
• Basic understanding of the characteristics of various printing substrates and finishing procedures
• Communicate project constraints related to conception, design, and production
• Keep current with industry trends and new standards
• Participates in special projects as required
• Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
