Honda Product Specialist
Location: Jay Honda – Bedford, OH

Jay Honda is seeking a Honda Brand Ambassador — a customer-focused support role. As a Product Specialist, you’ll become the go-to resource for all things Honda: product features, technology, safety, and the latest innovations. You’ll educate customers, create exceptional first impressions, and help people feel confident and excited about their new Honda.
Act as a Honda product expert for guests in the showroom and service lounge.
Provide hands-on demonstrations of Honda vehicles, features, and technologies.
Assist in locating and transporting vehicles for customers.
Conduct vehicle deliveries with new owners, ensuring they understand every feature of their car.
Assist sales staff by providing product knowledge support and answering technical questions.
Stay up-to-date on the latest Honda models, trims, safety systems, and technology.
Host one-on-one sessions for customers.
Deliver an exceptional guest experience that builds trust and long-term loyalty.
Passion for the Honda brand, cars, and technology .
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Friendly, patient, and approachable personality.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to quickly learn and explain technical features.
Retail, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred (auto industry experience a plus, but not required).
Must have a valid driver’s license with minimal points.
