Healthcare Consultant - AS400 and PBM Lead Consultant - US Infosys is seeking Lead Consultant - Healthcare and PBM . In this role, you will be leading and collaborating with a cross-functional team to ensure goals and objectives are accomplished in alignment with the project roadmap. You will be accountable for the project backlog and prioritization of user stories with team members, and partner with Scrum masters to support the Scrum Framework and develop a deep understanding of customer and project needs. Responsibilities You will be an expert contributing to different phases of the project lifecycle, including design, business process, review, and collaborating with multiple stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery. You will also play an important role in development, configuration, and production deployment, guiding teams on project processes and deliverables, contributing to proposal development, client training, and internal capability building, and helping to detail the project scope. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Alternatively, three years of progressive experience in the specialty can be considered in lieu of every year of education. At least 7 years of experience in Information Technology. Healthcare industry experience is preferred. Strong experience in design, analysis, and development. Experience in Agile projects. Candidates need to be in and around or willing to relocate to Hartford, CT. Preferred Qualifications Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. SQL skills (able to write queries, perform table joins). Knowledge of AS400 and PBM Domain. Understanding of design, coding, and testing of complex software and/or data warehouse applications within the organization. The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods. The ability to communicate by telephone, email, or face-to-face is required.
