Position - Head of CPA
Location - Los Angeles, CA (Remote)

Salary - $140k - $150k + Benefits
We are seeking a Head of CPA to launch and lead a new CPA business incubated within our firm. This is a high-impact, highly challenging, entrepreneurial role designed for an ambitious CPA who wants to build and own a scalable, U.S. tax-focused accounting practice deeply integrated with our investment business. You will be building the team and business from ground zero. You will be responsible for establishing the firm’s accounting services, providing critical tax services (such as individual filings, corporate filings, estate planning, trust creation, etc.), driving client acquisition, and ensuring top-tier compliance and advisory work. The ideal candidate is a hungry, growth-oriented CPA with a strong book of business and expertise in U.S. individual/corporate tax, and ideally fluency in estate and international tax. Active CPA license - 7–10+ years of experience in accounting or a boutique tax/accounting firm, with a focus on U.S. individual and corporate tax
- Expertise in complex tax areas: International tax (e.g., FBAR, CFR, expat taxation) [bonus] Estate/gift tax planning, Partnership/LLC taxation
- Entrepreneurial DNA: You’re excited to build something from the ground up and can execute
- Strong interpersonal skills—able to acquire clients, negotiate engagements, and represent the firm with the highest level of professionalism
- Familiarity with investment structures (e.g., SPV accounting, carried interest, management fees) is a plus
