Job Summary: A Store Manager at Nekter Juice Bar oversees operations, customer experience, sales, and brand execution. Responsibilities include maximizing sales and profits, maintaining exceptional customer service, developing store staff, and making personnel recommendations. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Knowledge of POS system and support of sales and labor costs. Follow cash-handling policies and conduct audits. Analyze P&L statements and ensure legal compliance. Execute opening and closing duties accurately. Onboard new team members and document personnel actions. Develop positive community relations through marketing and sponsorship. Ensure compliance with food safety, cash handling, and operational policies. Work Environment: Primarily office environment, with occasional warehouse work. Requires standing, bending, and lifting up to 50 lbs. Minimum Requirements: At least 1 year of management experience, including P&L management. Valid Food Handlers certification. Additional Skills and Abilities: Effective communication.
