Position Overview The General Manager (GM) executes all sales, fitness, and operation functions within TITLE Boxing Club. The GM provides an exceptional member experience, fosters a positive team environment, and ensures the club’s financial success. Responsibilities include end-to-end management and development—focusing on effective resourcing, scheduling, club & team performance, goal setting, and delivering excellent customer service, all while upholding company policies as the ultimate brand ambassador. Brand Standards & Responsibilities Achieve monthly revenue targets through membership enrollment, retention, class packages, private training, equipment, and retail sales. Maintain an engaged, high-performing team aligned with the company's mission, vision, and values. Manage employment and development processes, including resourcing, scheduling, goal setting, and performance evaluations. Conduct ongoing training to ensure proficiency in sales, operations, fitness, and brand standards. Collaborate with Regional Leadership and Corporate to enhance the club sales funnel via prospecting, marketing, and events. Cultivate a vibrant, community-focused club culture that maximizes member satisfaction and profitability. Oversee all club operations and member engagement initiatives. Monitor club environment to ensure cleanliness, friendliness, and proper maintenance. Handle employee interviewing, training, scheduling, and payroll processes. Ensure compliance with operational policies and employment laws. Meet or exceed key performance indicators through regular reporting. Skills & Qualifications 3-5+ years in a managerial role supervising, directing, and coaching teams. Experience with trend reports and analytical skills. Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills. Ability to multi-task and manage client and team concerns with a welcoming attitude. Fitness enthusiasm; boxing experience is a plus but not required. Requirements High School Diploma/GED; college degree preferred. CPR and First Aid certification is a plus.
