Care Coordinator/Front Desk Medical Receptionist Job Type: Full Time
Salary: $16-18 / Hr
Clinic Location: Avery Ranch - 10526 West Parmer Lane Austin, TX 78717
Clinic Hours: Monday - Thursday 7:00am-7:00pm, Friday 7:00am-4:00pm (40 hours / wk)

Responsibilities You'll Achieve Success By: - Manage front desk operations, including patient check-in/out, collecting payments, and appointment scheduling while delivering exceptional customer service
- Maintain accurate patient records by registering new patients, updating information in the Electronic Medical Records (EMR) system, and preparing necessary documents
- Answer phone calls, assist patients, and uphold HIPAA compliance, ensuring a welcoming and professional healthcare experience
Qualifications - High School Diploma/GED required
- Basic office and customer service skills
- Verbal and written communication skills; ability to clearly communicate with others
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred
