Job Description

The Events Space Manager will help create the processes for smooth and efficient operation of the Resilience Hub housed within our offices. Along with managing the space day to day, the Events Manager will assist with trainings. Responsibilities include managing the event booking process, overseeing event logistics, and collaborating with internal teams and external vendors. Additional Areas of Responsibility: Client Management: scheduling, contracts, and communication. Space Management: monitor and maintain cleanliness and functionality; implement and enforce venue policies; manage furniture arrangements; conduct regular inspections. Financial Management: monitor event budgets and manage expenses effectively. Marketing and Sales: contribute to efforts to attract new clients and events; participate in industry events and networking opportunities. Other Information/Requirements: Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field or 2+ years experience in event management or related field; Strong organizational and time management skills; Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; Ability to work independently and as part of a team; Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively; Passion for event planning and delivering exceptional client experiences.
