We are looking for an experienced ERP/CRM Configuration SME to join our team on a contract basis in Irvine, California. In this role, you will work directly with senior executives to design strategic roadmaps and implement effective changes. Your expertise will be instrumental in optimizing system configurations and ensuring seamless integration of views.

Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with senior executives to understand their needs and develop actionable roadmaps.
• Configure system views by identifying required fields and streamlining multiple perspectives into unified solutions.
• Provide expert guidance on iCIMS, including both front-end and back-end functionalities.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders, addressing differing opinions to drive project progress.
• Execute hands-on tasks related to system integration and configuration management.
• Coordinate post-integration activities to ensure smooth transitions and operational efficiency.
• Develop and maintain client-side scripting solutions to meet business requirements.
• Create and manage Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) to align with project goals.
• Support API development and Salesforce integration to enhance system capabilities.
• Apply formal project management techniques to oversee and deliver project milestones.• Minimum of 5 years of experience in ERP/CRM configuration and management.
• Advanced expertise in iCIMS, including hands-on experience with both front-end and back-end systems.
• Proven ability to design strategic roadmaps and break them into actionable steps.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage and influence senior executives.
• Assertive and proactive approach to project management and stakeholder collaboration.
• Proficiency in client-side scripting and configuration management.
• Experience with API development and Salesforce integration.
• Skilled in stakeholder management and formal project management practices.
