About the Role

Our team represents some of the most recognized brands in the nation through in-person promotions, retail events, and direct marketing campaigns. As an Entry Level Sales Consultant, you’ll deliver exceptional customer experiences while learning every facet of the business - from product knowledge to client relations and leadership development.

What You’ll Do

• Engage with customers in person, promote products, and close sales
• Provide excellent customer service while building brand awareness
• Represent client products at promotional events, retail locations, and community campaigns
• Collaborate with team members to meet and exceed daily and weekly sales goals
• Participate in ongoing sales and marketing training to master communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Support new team members through coaching and shared best practices
• Track performance metrics and manage customer data through CRM tools
