$45,000 - $55,000 yearly

• Assist in the execution of marketing and promotional campaigns across various channels
• Support community outreach events, retail activations, and brand promotions
• Collaborate closely with team members and mentors to develop creative marketing strategies and materials
• Track and analyze campaign performance using data and key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform strategic planning
• Help manage event logistics, promotional material distribution, and brand presence
• Develop leadership skills by supporting and eventually leading small teams toward campaign success

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities
• Passion for marketing, leadership, and professional growth
• Previous experience in customer service, retail, or event coordination is a plus but not required
• Proactive, coachable, and eager to develop leadership capabilities
