What You'll Do

Responding to inbound calls, chats, and emails in a professional and courteous manner.
Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues for customers, including connection problems.
Answering general customer service inquiries and providing helpful solutions.
Documenting all interactions with detailed call descriptions.
Identifying opportunities to recommend additional products and services.
Offering backup support to other team members when needed.
