We are looking for a passionate Email Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team and help us engage our audience through effective email campaigns. As an Email Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for creating, executing, and optimizing email marketing campaigns that drive engagement and conversions. You will work closely with the marketing team to develop strategies, analyze performance, and ensure our communications align with our brand voice and marketing objectives. Location: United States (Remote) Pay: $33.00 – $50.00 per hour. Key Responsibilities Design, build, and deploy effective email marketing campaigns using [specific email marketing tools/software, e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, etc.]. Segment email lists based on various criteria to target specific audiences with relevant content. Write compelling copy for email campaigns that resonates with our audience and drives action. Monitor email performance metrics (open rates, click-through rates, conversions) and analyze campaign results to optimize future efforts. Conduct A/B testing to determine the effectiveness of various subject lines, content, and calls to action. Collaborate with the content and design teams to create visually appealing and engaging email templates. Maintain compliance with email marketing regulations, including GDPR and CAN-SPAM. Stay up-to-date with the latest email marketing trends, tools, and best practices to enhance our strategy. Manage and maintain the email marketing calendar to ensure timely delivery of campaigns. Report on campaign performance and provide insights and recommendations for improvement. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. 2+ years of experience in email marketing or digital marketing. Proficiency in email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, Constant Contact). Strong written communication skills with an emphasis on persuasive copywriting. Familiarity with HTML and CSS for email template design is a plus. Experience with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) to measure campaign performance. Knowledge of email marketing best practices and regulations. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Creative thinker with a results-oriented mindset.
