What You Will Experience in This Position: At nVent Management Company, you will find an exciting opportunity to showcase your skills as an Electrician and contribute to our world-class manufacturing team! In this role, you will have the chance to work on ambitious projects, ensuring our products are flawless and meet the highest quality standards.
\n - Install and test electrical/electronic systems, circuits, and equipment.
\n - Install wireways, conduits, and cable trays to adhere to NEC code and customer specifications.
\n - Perform simple utility wire connections and understand electrical circuits.
\n - Read blueprints and perform conduit threading.
\n - Maintain and ensure tools are in good working condition.
\n - Train and mentor employees on your shift.
\n - Keep work areas clean and coordinated to ensure a safe environment.
\n - Prevent workplace injuries by following safety protocols and attending safety meetings.

YOU HAVE: \n - High school diploma or GED preferred.
\n - Vocational/technical degree in electricity or equivalent experience.
\n - Master or Journeyman Electrician License preferred.
\n - Knowledge of the National Electric Code (NEC).
\n - Experience with commercial and industrial equipment, MCCs, substation switchgear, and variable frequency drives.

Pay Transparency nVent's pay scale is based on the expected range of base pay for this job and the employee's work location. Employee pay within this range will be based on a combination of factors including knowledge, skills, abilities, experience, education, and performance. Where federal, state, or local minimum wage requirements exist, employee pay will comply. Compensation Range:
$18.00-$27.00

Pay Transparency nVent's pay scale is based on the expected range of base pay for this job and the employee's work location. Compensation Range: $14.80 - $27.50 Per Hour
Depending on the position offered, employee may be eligible for other forms of compensation, such as annual incentives.
