Job Description

We are seeking an highly experienced and knowledgeable EHS Manager to join our team. You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing programs that ensure a safe and healthy work environment while complying with environmental regulations. This role involves a broad range of responsibilities, including developing and implementing EHS policies, conducting risk assessments, leading incident investigations, and providing training to employees

Responsibilities:

• Developing and implementing EHS policies and procedures
• Conducting risk assessments
• Conducting regular safety audits and inspections:
• Leading incident investigations
• Developing and managing emergency response plans
• Partner with HR to assist in onboarding, offboarding, and maintaining employee records

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in related fields, such as Environmental Science, Occupational Safety & Health
• Experience in environmental health and safety management, preferably in a relevant industry
• Ability to conduct risk assessments, investigations, and audits
• Strong knowledge of relevant regulations and standards, such as OSHA and EPA
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills

The base pay range for this position is $100,000–$110,000, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final compensation will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future growth.
