This is a full-time one-year assignment with the possibility of extension based on project needs and performance. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a similar role. Available for a meeting to further discuss the role today as this is an immediate need. Responsibilities Review and analyze legal documents for relevance, privilege, and confidentiality Ensure accurate and timely identification of key information within documents Collaborate with legal teams to provide comprehensive support for ongoing cases Utilize legal databases and technology for efficient document review Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment Provide feedback and contribute to process improvement initiatives Ability to commit to full-time hours during the duration of the project and the flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements Strong organizational skills and the ability to meet tight deadlines Proficiency in using legal research tools and software Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree Required J.D. from an accredited law school required Barred in New York State and in good standing with the New York Bar Association Prior document review experience is highly preferred Familiarity with e-discovery tools and legal databases Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and teamwork abilities Benefits Benefit offerings include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and 401K plan.
