Experience: 1 Year Minimum
Education Required: High school diploma or equivalent G.E.D.
Education Preferred: Some college; active computer/software/typing certifications; produce industry knowledge
Wage/Salary Range: $17.00 - $23.00 per hour (D.O.E.; education, and active certifications)
Hours: Monday - Saturday, 3:00 AM - 11:30 AM;
Sunday, Off-day (Closed); additional Off-day during the week; hours may vary
*Pre-Employment:
- Required background check and drug screening upon hire
- Data Entry, Computer, and Excel Skills test
- May be asked to complete a personality evaluation

Matrana's Produce seeks a highly motivated and detail-oriented Dispatcher to join our team. This role is responsible for dispatching drivers, processing invoices, taking customer orders, and completing all other duties in a timely manner. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with strong computer and typing skills, attentive to detail, punctual, and reliable. Tasks are time-sensitive with deadlines. Matrana's Produce is a fast-paced environment and can get chaotic. The ideal candidate can multitask, communicate effectively, and be professional in a busy environment. - Invoicing
- Dispatching
- Data entry; order entry; invoice and purchase order reconciliation
- Receives inbound purchase orders; assists with claims management and documentation
- Customer Service; answering phone calls and speaking to customers
- Prepares documents (paperwork), invoices, labels, and tags for warehouse
- Supporting the manager/supervisor complete tasks
Requirements - This is a 3:00 AM shift. Must be a morning person (early shifts and weekends will be expected)
- Excellent communication skills (examples: communicating with customers, coworkers, and warehouse)
- Excellent customer service skills
- Be detail-oriented, organized, and neat
- Possess a high school degree of GED
- Proficiency in computer skills such as typing, using the 10-key numeral keypad, and Microsoft Apps (Excel, Word, Outlook), Adobe Acrobat
- Read, write, and speak fluently in English
- Able to complete basic math problems
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude
- Good hygiene
Preferred Skills - Bi-lingual: Spanish or Vietnamese
- Warehouse knowledge; wholesale and distrubution
- Produce industry knowledge
