We are seeking an experienced, dynamic, and dedicated full-time Director of Recruitment to lead our hiring strategy and help build a team that reflects our unwavering commitment to excellence. Position Overview Director of Recruitment will drive the development and execution of strategic hiring initiatives that attract, engage, and retain outstanding talent within the home care industry. This leader will oversee the Recruitment Department, work closely with hiring managers, and manage the full recruitment lifecycle while ensuring an exceptional candidate experience. Additionally, the Director will maintain a robust talent pipeline and oversee optimal use of our ATS and recruiting platforms. The salary for this full-time position ranges from $90,000 to $110,000, commensurate with related experience. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates. Manage the full recruitment lifecycle—sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding—for a variety of home care positions. Partner with and guide hiring managers to ensure hiring goals align with organizational needs. Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare institutions, professional organizations, schools, and community groups to support recruitment efforts. Utilize recruiting platforms, job boards, and social media to source and engage prospective candidates. Coordinate and participate in job fairs, open houses, and networking events to expand visibility and attract talent. Ensure accurate and up-to-date recruitment data within the applicant tracking system. Collaborate closely with Compliance and Human Resources leadership to ensure adherence to federal, state, and local employment regulations. Travel to various agency locations as needed to support recruitment initiatives. Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree required. Minimum of 2+ years of experience managing recruiters and leading full-cycle hiring efforts in a home care/health care setting. 3–5 years of experience in Home Care/Health Care Recruitment or Talent Acquisition. Demonstrated success overseeing full-cycle recruitment and meeting hiring objectives. Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Experience using social media platforms for recruitment outreach. Strong relationship-building, organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
