About the Role:
Join Executive Home Care of Freehold as the Director of Nurse - Home Care, where you will lead a dedicated team in providing exceptional in-home healthcare services. Responsibilities:

• Oversee nursing operations and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Develop and implement care plans tailored to individual client needs.
• Recruit, train, and mentor nursing staff to enhance team performance.
• Conduct regular evaluations of patient care and staff performance.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive care.
• Manage budgets and resources to optimize service delivery.
• Provide guidance on best practices in home healthcare.
• Engage with families to address concerns and improve client satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Active RN license in New Jersey with a minimum of 3 years of nursing experience.
• Proven leadership experience in a healthcare or home care setting.
• Strong knowledge of home health regulations and standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to develop and maintain positive relationships with clients and staff.
• Experience in care plan development and implementation.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Compassionate demeanor with a commitment to patient-centered care.
• Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to travel locally as needed.
