This position plans, schedules, coordinates and/or monitors products through the complete production cycle of mature production program units to meet requirements. Advises operations and program management of the status of work in progress risks to meeting internal master schedule. Effective collaboration and coordination with manufacturing assemblers/technicians, material management, product line managers and quality are critical to the role./ppEssential Functions:/pulliCoordinates with Manufacturing Engineering and Material Management to develop internal master schedule for assigned programs/liliReleases work orders to production floor based on internal master schedule, part availability and current capacity/liliMonitors manufacturing conformance to master schedule using ERP (SAP) systems and reports. Expedites needed make items based on master schedule/liliDirectly oversees operational measures including but not limited to efficiency, floor inventory accuracy, release on time and on time delivery. Reports variances and action plans to address./liliManages and controls manufacturing floor stock for assigned programs/liliAdvises management of the status of work in progress, material availability, and potential production problems to ensure that personnel, equipment, materials, and services are provided as needed/liliCoordinates scheduling of shared equipment and personnel with respective process owners/liliWorks under general supervision./liliMay be responsible for entire projects or processes within job area./liliMay be responsible for providing guidance, coaching and training to other employees within job area./liliMay manage projects at this level with responsibility for the delegation of work and the review of others work./li/ulpQualifications:/pulliBachelors Degree and minimum 4 years of prior relevant experience. Graduate Degree and a minimum of 2 years of prior related experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 10 years of prior related experience./liliRequires proficient knowledge of job area. May have practical knowledge of project management./liliPrevious Planning and / or New Product Introduction experience./liliExperience in an electronics production manufacturing environment either as a production planner, master scheduler, demand planner, and/or supply planner./liliExperience using an ERP system with MRP MPS capabilities./liliThis position will require the individual to be a U.S. citizen and ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance./li/ulpPreferred Additional Skills:/pulliKnowledge of SAP S4/Hana preferred/liliAPICS Certification strongly preferred/liliLean Manufacturing Certification / Training strongly preferred/liliAbility to effectively present information and respond to questions from management peers and subordinates./liliMust possess strong results and goal/deadline-oriented work ethic, high attention to detail and be flexible./liliExcellent organizational skills, with the ability to develop and bring to completion multiple assignments concurrently./liliStrong Microsoft Office skills, highly proficient in Excel (e.g., Excel formulas, V-lookups, pivot tables) and has skill in preparing tables, graphs, and charts./li/ulpIn compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role is $68,500 - $127,000. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
