Accountabilities:

• Clean, transform, and validate data to prepare it for analysis and reporting.
• Build and maintain dashboards and reports that support various business needs.
• Manage and coordinate data flows across multiple systems and platforms.
• Conduct ad hoc analyses and data segmentation to answer evolving business questions.
• Present insights effectively to stakeholders to facilitate informed decision-making.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver data-driven solutions.
• Contribute to developing enterprise-wide data assets and analytics platforms.

• Proficiency in SQL, Python, and Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with BI tools such as Power BI for dashboard and report development.
• Familiarity with data orchestration tools like Apache Airflow or Microsoft Fabric.
• Solid understanding of data cleaning, transformation, and validation techniques.
• Ability to clearly communicate complex data insights to non-technical audiences.
• Experience working with large datasets and cloud-based data environments.
• Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.

• Prior experience in the insurance industry or claims handling.
