Ship Arizona is a fast-paced, locally-owned mailbox, shipping, and gift store in Benson, AZ. We’re looking for a friendly, detail-oriented Part-Time Associate who thrives in a multitasking environment and enjoys working directly with the public.

You’ll help customers with shipping (FedEx, UPS, USPS, DHL), packing, notary services, retail purchases, and drop-offs — while keeping the front counter running smoothly. No two days are the same here, and we pride ourselves on providing 5-star customer service with a local touch .

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, wants part-time work, and is dependable, upbeat, and ready to learn!

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers with a positive, professional attitude

• Accurately weigh, measure, and prepare shipments for FedEx, UPS, USPS, and DHL

• Operate the POS system for purchases, returns, and daily transactions

• Assist with packing jobs, labeling, and document services (fax, copy, scan, notary)

• Maintain a clean and organized counter and workspace

• Restock retail and inventory vendor items (handmade soaps, honey, books, gifts, etc.)

• Provide help with mailbox customers and key handouts

• Handle customer drop-offs with speed and accuracy

• Learn store processes and follow our quality and safety standards

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED

• Previous customer service or retail experience is preferred

• Ability to become a Notary Public in Arizona is required

• Must be comfortable on your feet , moving between tasks quickly

• Strong attention to detail (we handle important documents and packages!)

• Ability to communicate clearly with both customers and coworkers

• Comfortable using a tablet, label printer, and POS system

• Must be reliable, punctual, and teachable

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods

• Bonus: experience with shipping, Public Notary, or packing services

Job Details:

• Part-time: 18–30 hours/week

• Must be available during business hours:
  Monday–Friday: 9AM–6PM , Saturday: 9AM–2PM

• Starting pay: $14.70-$17/HR depending on Notary or experience

• On-the-job training provided

• Opportunity for more hours as the store grows
