\n Schedule : Monday thru Friday 8am to 5pm

\n What’s a typical day as Customer Account Data Validation? You’ll be:
\n• Reviewing and validating customer accounts in CRM and Axapta for accuracy, reporting directly to the department supervisor.
\n• Confirming the presence and accuracy of tax ID information for each account.
\n• Conducting professional outreach to customers to request W-9 forms for missing tax IDs.
\n• Updating CRM records and completing alignment steps according to standard operating procedures.
\n This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
\n• Have strong attention to detail and the ability to follow structured processes.
\n• Possess experience with CRM systems (Microsoft Dynamics preferred);
\n ERP familiarity is a plus.
\n• Demonstrate professional communication skills for effective customer outreach.
\n• Are able to manage confidential information with integrity and discretion.
