What You'll Do: Lead and coordinate CRA exams across 5-6 bank charters annually Review documentation to identify gaps in CRA performance and ensure exam readiness Draft clear, examiner-ready reports and documentation Serve as a professional liaison with regulators during CRA exams Coach local teams on compliance best practices and exam preparation Collaborate with CRA data analytics and program management teams Align CRA activities with broader compliance and business strategies Stay current on regulatory changes and CRA compliance trends What You Bring: Proven experience in CRA compliance within banking or regulatory agencies Strong understanding of banking operations and cross-departmental compliance integration Exceptional writing and communication skills, with confidence presenting to senior leadership and regulators Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and identify trends Experience in a multi-charter or community banking environment is highly preferred Tools You'll Use: Microsoft Office Suite (Excel and PowerPoint are key) CRA experience is a major plus What Sets You Apart: Meticulous, strategic, and thrive in a collaborative environment Bring clarity to complex regulatory requirements Passionate about community impact and regulatory excellence Pay and Benefits: The pay range for this position is $85,000 - $110,000 per year.
