About the Role
The Company is seeking a Corporate Securities Partner with a focus on corporate transactional, corporate governance, and capital market experience, particularly in servicing small-cap or mid-cap public companies. The successful candidate will be a Partner or practice group with a portable book of business, exceeding $2 million, and must have a strong background in the legal aspects of corporate transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, and compliance with SEC regulations. The role involves negotiating a wide range of corporate, strategic, and financing transactions, as well as providing outside general counsel to clients on legal compliance and risk management. Applicants for the Corporate Securities Partner position at the company should have a high level of academic achievement, strong writing and negotiation skills, and a confident, mature presence. The role requires admission to the New York bar and experience at the Partner level in a law firm environment.
