Job Description The Coordinator, Current Programming will provide administrative support to multiple executives overseeing unscripted content for Bravo and Peacock. This individual will serve as a department liaison by communicating with internal divisions and the external creative community. Responsibilities Manage heavy phones, calendar, and contacts for executives Manage expenses and coordinate travel Interface with creative executives, agents, producers, production companies, and talent, ensuring professionalism and great customer service Track internal documents Track multiple productions and calendars Arrange series kick-off meetings and distribution for returning series Complete other creative and administrative duties as assigned Qualifications Basic Requirements: 2+ years of experience in Television Programming Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Desired Characteristics: Experience at a network or production company preferred Excellent communication skills Experience managing an executive-level desk in a fast-paced environment preferred Ability to anticipate executives' and team's needs Interest in unscripted programming, especially Bravo and Peacock Detail-oriented with organizational and multi-tasking skills Personable; able to interface with creative community and staff Collaborative mindset to achieve organizational goals Additional Requirements Hybrid work: minimum three days in-office per week This position offers benefits such as medical, dental, vision insurance, 401(k), paid leave, tuition reimbursement, and discounts.
