Job Description
Join a non-profit as a Controller , reporting directly to the CEO!
Oversee all accounting and administrative operations, from AP/AR and cash management to ledger oversight and financial systems
Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis, helping shape sound financial strategies and operational policies
Manage audits, ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, and uphold strong internal controls
Supervise and support office and admin staff, equipping department heads with the financial insights they need
Prepare financial statements, reports, and materials for senior leadership, board updates, and committee meetings
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required.
At least 5 years in finance/accounting , especially in nonprofit environments
Familiarity with accounting software like Sage and strong Office 365 skills
A detail-oriented, mission-driven approach with excellent leadership and communication abilities
