Job Title: Commercial Electrician

Location: Los Angeles

Job Type: Full-Time, contract to hire

Pay: $25–$35 per hour (Based on experience and interview performance)

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM (Overtime as needed)

Position Summary

As a Commercial Electrician, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems in commercial buildings. You’ll work on a variety of projects including office buildings, retail spaces, schools, and industrial facilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and components in commercial environments
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
• Run conduit, pull wire, and terminate devices and panels
• Ensure all work complies with local, state, and national electrical codes
• Troubleshoot electrical issues and perform corrective maintenance
• Collaborate with project managers, general contractors, and other trades
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Document work performed and materials used

Qualifications

• 4–5 years of verifiable experience as a commercial electrician
• Valid electrician’s license or certification (if required by state)
• Strong knowledge of NEC (National Electrical Code)
• Proficient in reading blueprints and technical diagrams
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Must have own tools and reliable transportation
• OSHA 10 or 30 certification preferred

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $35.00/hr.
