Immediate Opening: Skilled Caregiver in Marshall, MO

Late evenings can often be the hardest time of day for individuals living with dementia. Phoenix Home Care & Hospice is seeking an experienced, compassionate caregiver who understands the unique challenges of dementia care and can provide steady support during these hours.

Position Details:

• Part-time schedule: Monday-Friday 4 hours each day
• Focus on helping with evening routines, companionship, and reassurance

What You’ll Do:

• Assist with personal care and end-of-day routine
• Provide patient, understanding companionship for a client with dementia
• Help create a calm, comforting environment to ease evening stress

What We’re Looking For:

• Dependable and compassionate caregivers with solid experience supporting clients with dementia
• At least 18 years of age
• Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and current auto insurance
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Must pass a background check and drug screen
