About the Company : We are seeking a licensed Clinical Psychologist with expertise in the assessment and diagnosis of Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). The ideal candidate will have experience conducting comprehensive psychological evaluations for children, adolescents, and/or adults, using gold-standard diagnostic tools and evidence-based practices.

About the Role : The role involves conducting thorough clinical interviews, administering standardized diagnostic tools, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive diagnostic reports and treatment recommendations.

Responsibilities :

• Conduct thorough clinical interviews with individuals and their families to gather developmental, behavioral, and psychosocial history.
• Administer and interpret standardized diagnostic tools, such as:
• Autism Diagnostic Observation Schedule (ADOS-2)
• Autism Diagnostic Interview-Revised (ADI-R)
• Cognitive and behavioral assessments (e.g., WISC-V, BASC-3, Vineland-3)
• Develop and deliver clear, comprehensive diagnostic reports and treatment recommendations.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including speech-language pathologists, occupational therapists, and pediatricians.
• Provide feedback and psychoeducation to families regarding diagnosis, strengths, and intervention strategies.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with ethical and legal standards.
• Stay up to date with the latest research and best practices in autism diagnosis and treatment.

Qualifications :

• Masters Level or Doctorate in Clinical Psychology (PhD or PsyD) from an accredited program. In related fields such as Psychiatry, Social Work, or Speech Language Pathology
• Valid state license to practice as a Clinical Psychologist.
• Specialized training and experience in autism assessment (minimum 1–2 years preferred).
• Familiarity with DSM-5 criteria for Autism Spectrum Disorder.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and report-writing skills.
• Ability to work compassionately with neurodiverse individuals and their families.

Preferred Skills :

• Certification or training in ADOS-2 and ADI-R.
• Experience working in pediatric or neurodevelopmental clinics.
