About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief of Staff to join a dynamic, people-first organization. The successful candidate will serve as a strategic partner to the CEO/General Manager, driving financial discipline, operational effectiveness, and cross-functional alignment. This role is pivotal in leading internal planning processes, managing key performance initiatives, and ensuring the leadership team remains focused and informed. The Chief of Staff will be responsible for financial planning, strategic analysis, and supporting the CEO in various capacities, including running leadership meetings and facilitating communication across departments. A data-driven approach is essential, as the role involves championing a culture that relies on metrics and insights to make informed decisions. Applicants for the Chief of Staff position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 1-4 years' of experience in finance, operations, consulting, or strategy, preferably in a high-growth or entrepreneurial environment. The role requires a strong grasp of financial concepts, exceptional analytical skills, and the ability to lead projects and influence without authority. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, execution-oriented, and adept at juggling multiple priorities. While an MBA is not required, a proactive, ownership mindset is highly valued. The company is committed to diversity, equity, and inclusion, and encourages individuals from all backgrounds to apply.
