Chick-fil-A Crofton is hiring both for part-time and full-time delivery drivers. Candidates must be at least 18 years old, possess a clean driving record, work well in teams, and flourish in fast-paced environments. We are looking for drivers for all dayparts - to include early morning, mid-day, and afternoon/evening.

All drivers earn an hourly wage plus tips.

This position is different from a typical Chick-fil-A team member in that a driver's primary objective is to provide quick, efficient, and guest-centered deliveries throughout their shift. This, like all restaurant positions, is based on providing memorable guest experiences.

The ability to troubleshoot and fix issues on the fly is vital. A smart phone with ability to use your data is also required because our delivery app and functioning GPS are necessary when assigning, accepting, and locating deliveries.

During down periods, drivers are expected to supplement their duties by stocking, cleaning, and performing other tasks assigned by the restaurant leaders. All candidates must be able to stand/drive for extended periods.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
• Must have a clean driving record.
• Must have a smart phone with ability to use your data.
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time.

Company Information
Our founder, Truett Cathy, made the decision to close on Sundays in 1946 when he opened his first restaurant in Hapeville, Georgia. Having worked seven days a week in restaurants open 24 hours, Truett saw the importance of closing on Sundays so that he and his employees could set aside one day to rest and worship if they choose - a practice we uphold today.
