Are you a compassionate individual dedicated to providing high-quality in-home care for seniors? We are seeking skilled and compassionate Caregivers to join our team. About the client: Our client is an independent person in the early stages of Alzheimer’s and dementia. She lives at home and enjoys maintaining her routines with the help of caring, consistent caregivers. She is active, communicative, and values her independence, though she benefits from gentle reminders and clear direction throughout the day and night. Ideal caregiver: A compassionate, patient, mature-self starting individual who enjoys meaningful conversation, values structure, and can provide a calm and friendly presence. Must be comfortable with dementia care and respectful of the client’s independence and preferences while still providing necessary care and oversight. Schedule: Monday through Friday 4:00PM - 8:00PM Key Responsibilities:

• Provide assistance with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting and medication reminders.
• Offer companionship and engage clients in conversation and activities that enhance their quality of life.
• Record clients care notes.
• Assist with meal preparation, light housekeeping, and errands as needed.
• Communicate effectively with clients.

Qualifications:

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Current auto insurance in your name or listed as a driver on the policy.
• Must pass a thorough background check.
• Must complete a TB test and Pre-Employment physical.
• Must pass a Pre-Employment drug test.
• Previous experience in senior care preferred.
