Job Summary:
Providing excellent customer service while handling daily banking transactions. This role requires accuracy, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be personable, trustworthy, and have basic cash handling skills. Provides customer support and assistance over the phone, addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and processing requests efficiently. This role demands strong communication skills, patience, and problem-solving abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Process customer deposits, withdrawals, check cashing, and loan payments accurately.
• Provide information about bank products and services.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
• Respond to customer calls professionally and courteously.
• Answer questions about products, services, and account information.
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues or escalate as necessary.
• Document customer interactions and update records accurately.
• Meet performance and quality standards.
• Maintain compliance with banking policies and procedures.
• Balance cash drawer and prepare daily reports.
Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous call center or customer service experience.
• Prior cash handling or banking experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented and trustworthy.
