What’s the OPPORTUNITY? – Call Center Representative

As a Call Center Representative, you will gain knowledge in all areas of the Credit Union. Since you will be expected to have a broad knowledge of all departments in the Credit Union it is a wonderful position for growth. You will help members succeed in their financial goals through providing exceptional member service. We have a wonderful team comradery who help each other succeed.

In the Call Center we do our best to fully handle every caller from start to finish. Handling all the calls means a broad knowledge of all the departments within the Credit Union. Multi-tasking and time management is a must. Taking our time to fully understand the members wants and needs to provide exceptional service will make this a very rewarding position.

The Call Center Representative position is part of a career ladder and answers to the Call Center Supervisor.

In addition to our generous benefit package the base pay for the Call Center position is $16.60.
