Full-time Computer-Aided Design (CAD) Operator/Designer position available at our Nashville office. Seeking civil minded CAD designers to assist with land development projects ranging from conceptual layout designs to full construction drawings utilizing Autodesk Civil 3D for plan production.

Job Responsibilities include:

• 2D drafting of site layouts like parking lots, retail centers, apartments, schools, warehouses, subdivisions, etc. using engineering parameters and zoning requirements
• 2D paperspace setup for plan production
• Exhibit and Map creation utilizing GIS shape files and imagery
• 3D Layout of utilities such as storm, sanitary, and water mains and associated profiles
• 3D Corridor modeling and/or grading techniques
• 3D Surface modeling and data analysis

Qualifications: 4+ years of on-job CAD experience or CAD certification preferred: Civil 3D experience is a plus with commensurate pay.

Pay Rate: Full Time $25/hr. - $33/hr.
