Job Description

Business Intelligence Analyst (E-2) Chelsea Groton is looking to hire a motivated and dynamic individual for our Business Intelligence Department. The Business Intelligence Analyst will play a key role in data reporting, data analysis, quality control, and business process improvement. This individual will monitor critical data components, support day-to-day data-driven decisions, and manage electronic workflows. Responsibilities include report writing, data analysis, data integrity monitoring, and workflow diagramming and design. The team member will use customer service skills to assess needs and foster innovation across the bank. The role also involves analyzing and recommending changes to existing processes to positively impact team members and customers, aligned with organizational goals. Key Responsibilities Support the Business Intelligence team with document management and workflow applications, including Microsoft 365 and CRM tools. Develop and maintain process maps, use cases, and implement process improvements, including Microsoft applications. Maintain data reports using Power BI and Crystal Reports. Assist with application administration for data report solutions, workflow, and customer relationship tools. Identify and analyze business processes for standardization, improvement, or discontinuation. Monitor data quality, collaborate with teams to identify errors, and guide remediation. Support process improvement initiatives and project goals. Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent; Management Information Systems degree preferred. 1-2 years of experience in data or project management, preferably in banking or financial services. Power BI experience required; familiarity with COCC and Insight is a plus. Knowledge of business process mapping, process improvement tools, and data reporting (SQL). Proficient in Microsoft 365 Suite; able to learn new technologies and software. Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and customer service orientation.
