The Business Analyst Intern is responsible for providing a wide range of value-added analytics and AI uses case builds to support customer care and technical support disciplines. Provides operational recommendations based on those analytics. Responsible for collecting and analyzing performance data and developing business performance reports in Salesforce and analysis that support key decision making. Responsible for creating and managing various database structures and analytics websites to collect analyze and disseminate operational data. This will be a summer internship onsite at our Milwaukee facility.
