JOB TITLE: Barista II

DIVISION: Food and Beverage

REPORTS TO: Executive Chef

CLASSIFICATION: Seasonal/ Full-Time/ Hourly

POSITION:

We are looking for a customer-focused Barista with strong communication, teamwork, and time management skills. Basic coffee knowledge is required, and attention to detail is essential in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. A positive attitude and commitment to great service are key.

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Preparing and serving coffee beverages to company standards

• Managing customer orders with attention to detail and accuracy

• Collaborating with team members to maintain smooth workflow during peak hours

• Providing exceptional customer service and resolving guest concerns

• Maintaining a clean and organized work area

• Following opening, closing, and shift-change procedures

SPECIFIC JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Excellent listening and communication skills to effectively interact with coworkers and customers

• Basic coffee knowledge, such as how to prepare common coffee beverages (advanced knowledge is a plus)

• Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills to interact in a positive manner and prevent or resolve conflicts

• Strong teamwork abilities to work efficiently in a fast-paced and high-volume environment with other Baristas

• Attention to Detail to manage specific customer requests and minimize errors

• Time management and organizational skills to work efficiently and effectively in a high-volume workplace
