Pay: $70,000–$75,000 per year (+ performance-based bonus pay)
Schedule: Full-time, flexible | Nights & weekends required
Location: John & Molly’s Tavern, Eastampton, NJ

About John & Molly’s Tavern

We are a family-owned, award-winning tavern located in a historic 19th-century building in Eastampton, NJ. Known for our fresh seafood, steaks, sautés, craft drinks, and vast beer selection , we take pride in combining tradition with innovation.

What You’ll Do

Assist the owner/operator in the daily management of BOH & FOH
Lead, train & motivate a small team (<5 employees )
Oversee ordering, receiving, and inventory
Uphold food safety, sanitation, and service standards
Support bar operations (drinks, scheduling, expo when needed)
Ensure a positive guest & employee experience

About You (Ideal Candidate)

FOH management experience in a tavern, bar, or casual restaurant required
BOH management experience helpful
Knowledge of food safety & certifications (preferred)
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Adaptable, detail-oriented, dependable
Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs & standing long shifts
Quick to build rapport with guests & staff
Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
