Job Details

• Handle corporate and transactional matters for private clients, including M&A, business sales, acquisitions, and entity structuring
• Advise high-net-worth individuals, family offices, and closely held businesses on wealth management and succession planning
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, shareholder agreements, operating agreements, and related documents
• Provide tax planning and compliance strategies to support business and private client goals
• Collaborate with the Corporate & Tax Team and firm leadership to manage and grow client relationships

Qualifications:

• J.D. and licensed to practice in California
• Minimum 4 years of corporate transactional and tax experience, with a focus on private client matters
• Experience with M&A, business law, and entity structuring
• Strong background advising high-net-worth individuals, family offices, and closely held businesses
• Proven ability to lead matters originated by senior attorneys and provide practical tax and business guidance
