Base pay range $75,000.00/yr - $140,000.00/yr Job Description The Associate Director of Psychology will offer clinical supervision to psychologists seeking licensure within the department that spans Behavioral Health and Medical Services. Will serve as Site Director of the Internship, orienting and managing the day-to-day needs of the psychology Predoctoral Internship Training Program. Will work closely with the Director of Psychology and AT to manage operations, enhance clinical workflows, and offer clinical services where needed. Formulates and develops methods and procedures for monitoring, evaluating, and operating mental health programs and services in assigned areas of responsibility, throughout Behavioral Health Services and through the integration of Psychological Services in Medical Settings. Monitors and coordinates review processes of assigned mental health services to determine if programs are meeting healthcare needs, objectives, and goals established by the Mental Health Services Department. Participates in the development of policies, standards, rules, and regulations pertaining to mental health services. Minimum Qualifications Master’s Degree in Public Administration, Public Health, Healthcare, Social Work, Psychology, or related field. Three (3) years of increasingly responsible experience in hospital or regulatory agency administration, with emphasis on mental health service development and evaluation. Valid license and current registration to practice in a mental health field issued by the New York State Education Department (NYSED).
