Entry-Level Accountant – up to $24/hr – Troy, MI

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks
  
• Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable
  
• Reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions
  
• Assist with general ledger entries and month-end closings
  
• Support internal and external audits as needed
  
• Process employee expense reports
  
• Prepare and maintain financial reports
  
• Communicate with vendors and clients to resolve billing issues
  
• Assist with special projects and administrative accounting tasks
  

Skills & Qualifications:

• Associate's or Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
  
• 1+ year of experience with QuickBooks required
  
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
  
• Strong organizational and communication skills
  
• High attention to detail and ability to work independently
  
• Prior experience in a manufacturing or automotive environment is a plus
